During payment, you can print a receipt on the payment terminal via the receipt button. Was this not possible due to a malfunction of the machine? Then, within 24 hours after leaving the garage, send an e-mail to customerservice@interparking.nl with the following details:
- Image of the bank's payment receipt
- Image of the short-term parking card
If there is no known malfunction of the payment terminal or if we receive the request more than 24 hours after departure from the garage, we cannot issue a receipt.
