Is there a minimum order when ordering value cards?

Yes, a minimum order of €50 cards applies.

1. Insert the ticket you received when you entered the car park in the payment terminal.
2. When the display shows the amount you have to pay, insert your value card.
3. The amount payable will be debited from your value card credit.

How can I pay for my order?

Once you placed your order, we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the value cards will be issued.

How long will it take after ordering before I get my value cards?

Once we have received your payment, you can pick up your order at the office after 5 working days, or have the value cards sent to you.

When do my value cards expire?

Value card are valid for one year from the date of issue. Please note that a validity period of 3 months applies for the following car parks in Groningen:

How do I get my value cards?

Value cards are sent out by post, but you can also pick them up at the car park office.

My parking period exceeded the credit on my value card. What do I do now?

1. Insert the ticket you received when you entered the car park in the payment terminal.
2. When the display shows the amount you have to pay, insert your value card.
3. The amount payable will be debited from your value card credit. The remaining amount can be paid at the payment terminal.
