The construction of Tournooiveld car park in the center of The Hague is in full swing. In the coming months, the focus will be on the complete excavation of the cofferdam. This has been put under water and excavated by diggers from floating pontoons. After this, divers will lay the underwater concrete. From March 2016 we will start with the actual construction of the entry and the parking.
