Parking Stadsplein in Heerhugoward has been awarded as a high quality parking facility. There has been an improvement in the circulation and the routing lines on the floor. Besides that, there has been chosen for sustainable and client friendly solutions like placing LED’s instead of conventional lights. Because of this high quality solutions, the parking scored high in the evaluation by the competent authority. This has led to an award of a European Standard Parking Award!

On December 3th, the Municipality of Heerhugowaard and Interparking took the award in hands by the Vexpan authority. This total number of awards of Interparking in the Netherlands rises now to 16. In Europe, 127 parkings of Interparking are honored with an award.

About ESPA
ESPA (European Standard Parking Award) is an award that is given behalf of the EPA (European Parking Association) ESPA is awarded in the Netherlands by the Vexpan Authority. ESPA has been introduced by the European parking industry because they wanted to improve the quality and image of parkings.
